These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the nagabola platform, including all betting gaming, promotional, and account management services. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you",your") and Nagabola ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "nagabola"), governing your access to and use of all services made available through the nagabola platform, accessible at https://nagabola.cam and any associated mobile interface or application.
By registering an account, accessing any part of the nagabola platform, making a deposit, or placing a wager of any kind, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and close your account.
Nagabola operates under an international online gambling licence issued by an established offshore regulatory jurisdiction. Age Verification: Nagabola reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts where the 21+ requirement cannot be verified will be suspended, and all funds held may be withheld pending investigation.
You may hold only one Account on the nagabola platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all related Accounts and the forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses.
When completing registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You further agree to promptly update this information if it changes.
As part of our KYC obligations, nagabola may at any time — and will routinely on first withdrawal requests — require you to provide supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, and payment method ownership. Acceptable documentation includes, but is not limited to:
Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the required timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality and, ultimately, Account closure.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, nagabola grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for lawful personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to commercial use, data extraction, or any activity that interferes with the normal operation of the Platform.
You agree that your use of the nagabola platform shall at all times comply with the following conditions:
All Account balances are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated at the time of Account registration. Nagabola supports the following local payment channels for deposits and withdrawals: Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX-connected banks including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and RHB. Direct bank wire transfer is also available.
Deposits: Deposits are credited to your Account balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment processor. Minimum deposit thresholds apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. Nagabola does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may impose their own charges.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Processing timelines vary by method: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) typically process within 5minutes; DuitNow and FPX transfers within 5–15 minutes; bank wire transfers within 15–60 minutes. These are indicative ranges and are not guaranteed. Transactions during peak periods or outside standard banking hours may take longer.
Nagabola reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Funds may not be withdrawn if they are subject to an active wagering requirement, pending bet, or compliance hold. We do not accept third-party payment on your behalf — all funds must originate from payment methods registered in your own name.
All funds deposited into your Account must represent lawfully acquired personal funds. Nagabola is committed to anti-money laundering compliance and will report suspicious transaction activity to relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
Nagabola may, at its sole discretion, offer bonuses, free bets, reload incentives, cashback arrangements, and other promotional rewards to eligible Members. All such promotions are subject to specific Bonus Terms, which will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Fraud and Money Laundering: Nagabola employs active fraud monitoring and transaction analysis. Any suspected fraudulent or money laundering activity will be escalated to relevant authorities, and all funds held in implicated Accounts will be frozen pending investigation.
All content on the nagabola platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, interface design, written content, software, graphics, and data structures — is the exclusive intellectual property of nagabola or its duly licensed content providers. All rights are expressly reserved.
You are granted a limited, personal, non-commercial licence to view and use Platform content solely in connection with your authorised use of the Platform as registered Member. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial use of Platform content without express prior written authorisation from nagabola is strictly prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nagabola and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.
Nagabola reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in circumstances including but not limited to:
Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, nagabola reserves the right to retain any Account balance in satisfaction of any losses, damages, or claims arising from such breach. Where closure is initiated by the User in good standing, outstanding cleared balances will be returned to the User's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe following completion of final KYC checks.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which nagabola holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction, to which you irevocably submit.
Prior to initiating any formal dispute, you agree to first raise the matter with nagabola's customer support team and allow minimum of 30 calendar days for internal resolution. The dispute must be raised within 30 days of the event or transaction giving rise to the claim. Claims not raised within this window may not be entertained.
Nagabola's determination on any dispute, following internal review, shall be final and binding except where overidden by applicable mandatory law or a competent regulatory authority.
Nagabola reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via email to your registered address or via an in-platform notification. Minor amendments — such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications of existing provisions — may take effect immediately without separate notice.
Your continued use of the nagabola platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with clause 12.
